You must be at least 18 years old to use Easy Terms. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.

You agree not to:

• Upload documents that you do not have the right to share or analyse.
• Use the service to process documents containing illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• Resell or redistribute the service or its outputs without our written consent.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Easy Terms and its underlying technology, branding, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any documents you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process those documents solely to provide the service to you.

Analysis results are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. We do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. You should always verify important legal matters with a qualified professional.

• Free trial accounts include 1 free contract analysis. No credit card is required.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Terms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to reliance on any AI-generated analysis. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
